Details: To visit the help center, please call in advance to make an appointment. You may leave a message anytime and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Your will be asked to complete an income eligibility form and provide two current forms of ID at each visit showing your Monticello address (driver's license & current bill). Clients are provided services once per month. Exceptions may be made based on client need. Appointments are available during business hours or service. Food Shelf Hours: Monday 9:30am-11:30am, Wednesday 9:30am-11:30am & 6-7:30pm, Friday 9:30am-11:30am. |
