Food for Friends Food Pantry

Details: Food for Friends Food Pantry was established in 2007 to meet the rising need within the community to serve those who were food insecure. Today the pantry serves over 200 families on a monthly basis and in 2012 distributed nearly 250,000 pounds of food into the Brockton community. We are a member agency of the Greater Boston Food Bank. We are open the second Saturday of each month from 9 am to 11 am for Brockton residents only. Please bring proof of residency, income and proof of identity for each household member. Volunteers are always needed on distribution day and are always welcome to come as able between 8 am and Noon.

Details: The Gethsemane Community Services Center (GSC) operates a Food Pantry the second Tuesday of the month at 34 Nilsson Street, Brockton, Massachusetts. The Community Services Center is a distributor of the Greater Boston Food Bank. We distribute food-baskets brimful of breakfast, lunch and dinner materials. Look out for our announcements on a Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. To obtain a food basket, you must appear in person and bring a government-issued ID.

Details: The Charity Guild was formed in 1971 by a group of concerned individuals whose goal was simple - to provide clothing and food for those in need. The Food Pantry distributes both perishable and non-perishable foods to individuals and families requesting assistance. The Food Pantry is Open: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. ARRIVE EARLY!
