Details: Monthly Food Distribution: Commodities will be distributed on the Tuesday following the first Monday of each month. This day will change if it falls on a holiday or election day. Please be sure to provide a phone number so we can contact you if there is a change in the schedule. If you would like to receive Commodities you must be a resident of the Town of Horicon and meet the eligibility requirements. Please complete the eligibility application and bring it to the Community Center with proof of residency (i.e. a utility bill, rent receipt, phone bill, something showing your physical address). |
